Delivery Cost & Times
COVID-19 UPDATE: Royal Mail services may take longer than usual, rest assured we are trying our best to deliver your order as safely and as quickly as possible.
Our standard delivery prices and times are as below:
UK Delivery (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)
Free domestic shipping within UK with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Delivers in 2-3 business days.
£4.50 with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Aims to deliver next business day.
Europe Delivery (See here for the list of countries within the Europe delivery zone)
£15.00 with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
Aims to deliver in 3-5 business days.
U.S.A. & Canada Delivery
£25 with Royal Mail International Tracked service.
Aims to delivers in 5-7 business days.
We aim to ship your orders within 2-3 business days from the order date. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Once dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. We are not liable for lost or missing orders that have been signed for or if the shipping address provided was incorrect.
As a growing brand, we are still working on expanding our international shipping options. If you are not based in the countries we currently deliver to, please email us at email@example.com and we may be able to quote and arrange a special delivery for you.
VAT & Customs Duties
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please be aware that your order is shipped VAT/Duty Unpaid and therefore any local duties and taxes will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
The pre-order process is part of our initiative to keep production local and less wasteful. The production process usually takes 4-6 weeks from the pre-order closing date (19 March 2021 for series [ 1 ] ) or the pre-order purchase date for the current collection. We will keep you updated via email at every stage from production to dispatch, and provide you with the estimated delivery date as soon as possible.
We will also inform you in the unlikely case that there are further delays beyond the 6-week period. You may also request for an order cancellation if the pre-order delivery date is delayed beyond the estimated 6 weeks from the pre-order closing date.
Returns & Exchanges
Any pre-order item (unless customised) you purchase is also eligible to be returned in accordance to our standard returns policy. Please see below for return instructions.
It is important to us that you are 100% happy with your The Array garment. If you would like to return your item for any reason at all, we accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the items are unworn and in the same condition as when delivered, with all original tags and packaging included.
To request for a return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name and reason for refund within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide you with a return address to send the items to. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if your return request is made beyond 14 days since you received the order.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a free return service, we advise that you use a trusted courier or postal service with tracking to return the order. Please retain proof of postage and note that the returned order remains as the customer’s responsibility until the order is received and signed by us. Once received your return will be processed within 2 working days, and your refund will be issued. Please allow for 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited to your original payment card or account.
If you are returning your order from outside of the UK, please clearly label your parcel as a “Customer Return” to avoid import duties. In the event your international return is charged with import duties, this will be deducted from your refund.
You are welcome to exchange your item for another style or size, subject to availability. Please email us your request within 14 days of receiving your order. You must first return the original item and place a new order. We will issue a refund in accordance with our standard returns policy.

We thoroughly check our orders before dispatch to make sure the order quality is consistent with our standards. If you find that your order is faulty when you receive it, please email us at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to make things right. Faulty products are eligible for a full refund and free delivery charge.
Orders & Order Confirmations
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. In the event that the product you ordered is unavailable, we will offer you a full refund. We reserve the right to not accept an order for any reason (for example shipping restrictions, out-of-stock product or failed payment authorisation).
Prices & Payment
All prices stated on the product page are inclusive of UK VAT. UK VAT may be excluded upon checkout depending on your shipping destination.
We currently accept payments with the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Payment will be debited from your card or account shortly before your order is dispatched.
